Apple A Day... Keeps the Doctor Away!

I love Apples, I eat them almost everyday, you can imagine my excitement with fall coming!



There are several things I love about apples...besides the many health benefits (we will get to later) Apples are delicious, convenient, and versatile! Think of all the things and apple can be.
